Graticule AptMap Vision software is for creating high-quality colour maps on computers running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7 environments.  The software includes functions to enable you to create attractive maps with your own data as overlays on small-, medium- and large-scale maps of  your chosen geographical areas of interest in Great Britain.

The design and functions of AptMap Vision software simplifies the download of digital map data by type, content, scale and geographical area of interest in Great Britain.  They enable you to download over the Internet from a hosted cloud digital map data which you need when you require it. The download typically only takes a few minutes but the time will always depend on the volume of data and other factors.

AptMap Vision software includes functions for reading vector and raster map data in a standard format, for displaying vector and raster colour or black and white maps, for manipulating data to select a geographical area of interest, for reading your contact address files and mapping the locations of each of your contacts by a map symbol of chosen shape, colour or size, for mapping your contacts by types on multiple map overlays, for saving map overlays, for creating high-quality maps with title, scale, legend and acknowledgements, for printing maps with a title, scale, legend and acknowledgement and for saving maps of up to A3 size as an Acrobat file. 

AptMap Vision software enables you to map the location of your contacts and view and interpret maps of geographical distributions and changes in these distributions over chosen periods for which you have your own contact data. It also enables you to map values associated with a contact.  This might be the value of puchases, type of purchases, cumulative amount spent in a year or other derived values such revenues per quarter.  You can map or plot the locations of any other values in your contact database such as value of sales revenue from customers over a chosen period.  AptMap Vision software enables you to create maps which show your own business data.  You can use a map layout function to design maps with a frame, title, scale, legend, north arrow, date and acknowledgement of copyright.
