Graticule RGLib.NET Toolkit

RGLib.NET locates vehicles fitted with satellite global positioning receivers. It converts GPS data to an ASCII text string of data that details the vehicle ID, its longiduinal and latidudinal co-ordinates, time, date, roadname, nearest town, district, county and country.
