The PostcodeAnalyst 3 application reads data from your contact address file or database and plots the locations of your contacts by postcode on high quality colour maps. "Contacts" in this case can be businesses, organisations or individuals. For example, they might be business or individual customers, suppliers, employees, students or patients. Or they might be outlets such as wholesale depots, retail outlets, shopping centres, medical or dental practices, hospitals, schools, colleges or universities. If you have a contact address with a postcode in the UK, the PostcodeAnalyst 3 application will let you plot the locations of your contacts.

The PostcodeAnalyst 3 application reads data from your contacts address database and plots the location of each of your contacts by postcode on maps of the UK. "Contacts" can be businesses, organisations, suppliers, outlets or individuals such as employees, customers, clients, patients or students.

For a customer, typically it contains an address and data about sales of goods or services, such as date of purchase, type of product or value of sale or characteristics of a contact such as male or female or regular or new customer.
