The PlaceNameFinda application finds the name of a location given its Latitude and Longitude coordinates. Although this sounds like a relatively simple tast, it involves considerable complexity not least because several places have the same or similar names and a given point location specified by Longitude and Latitude coordinates rarely coincides with a names place on a map.
