Royal Mail Postcode Address File Data

Graticule supply licences for the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF) of the UK. This file contains details of 1.7 million postcodes in the United Kingdom. It includes information about addresses in the United Kingdom including organisation, sub-building name, building name, building number range, thoroughfare name, locality, post town, county and postcode.

The Postcode Address File also includes coordinates of each postcode in the National Grid of Great Britain and Longitude and Latitude in WGS84 spheroid of the earth. This allows you to plot addresses, find all addresses within a specified distance (radius) of a point, or generate mailing lists of addresses for delivery campaigns. You can also use the PAF data as a gazetteer to find and locate individual addresses.

Royal Mail Postcode Address File data is supplied in Microsoft Access database format. Other formats are available on request.
